    Twitter is great for getting extra clicks. I have found using hash tags to be very effective.

    For example, there are lots of TV shows that have their own hash tags. So if you include one in tweets when the show is actually being broadcast you can get a lot of people reading these and also clicking on whatever you’re linking to. So if you have a blog post about the show, or highly relevant to it somehow, you can often get a flood of new visitors with this method.

    Twitter is one of my social media platforms to use, together with Facebook. I can definitely see that sharing and allowing others to share your blog content on Twitter is a great way to reach more people and grow your blog audience.
